A bit about me

Based in Fairford (Gloucestershire), I am a hands on, innovative, highly skilled Digital Strategist with excellent eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Customer Journey, Business Intelligence and Senior Manager experience. I have a solid record of analysing online business performance, complex business models, customer journey and online marketing performance then determining action, building strategies and business cases and following them through to implementation to best meet the overall business goals. I believe in tracking performance over time and delivering business growth alongside increased customer satisfaction and engagement. I am hugely experienced in creating and refining 1 to 5 year Digital Strategies that assist in delivering financial growth and customer choice to multi-channel businesses, I am use to reporting and presenting at a Board Level and enjoy leading teams and helping people grow, I enjoy delivering business insight and improvement through applied skills in Business and Web Analysis, resulting in data driven decisions leading to increased sales and profitability. I have helped businesses better understand and improve their Online Customer Acquisition and Retention rates, enhance visitor experience and engagement, fine tune their On and Off Site Optimisation, and drive forward the overall Business Performance delivering improved customer satisfaction, sales and profit in a well managed, efficient and enjoyable environment.
